Booking and Cancellation Policy

 

A deposit of $100 is required for all parties to secure the booking.

 

We are unable to refund booking deposits with less than 7 days notice of cancellation, however we are happy to reschedule party bookings to an alternative day.

 

Red Lemonade is a nut free venue, please advise if you would like us to cater gluten free or have any allergies.

 

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to deliver cake, finalise payment etc.

 

We ask that you do not open presents during the party due to the disruption it can cause to the party

 

We ask vacate venue 15 minutes after party finishes so that staff can clean and set up for next event
